Welcome to Rhino Cake Company! My name is Jeffoire Arcio II and I am the owner/culinary designer at Rhino Cake Company. I’ve been baking for over 29 years and designing wedding cakes for 25 years. My passion for cooking and baking began when my mom taught me to make breakfast at 5 years old. In high school, I began creating custom desserts, wedding cakes, and catering small parties for friends and family.

I started Rhino Cake Company after working as a head baker/pastry chef for several years in San Diego. At the time, I was amazed (and influenced) by the new phenomenon of custom/sculpted cakes. I decided to make customization of baked goods a key component of my business, without sacrificing taste and quality. Many of my designs are done as custom works of art for my clients and I give my personal attention to each piece I create. This way I am able to ensure the finest quality product while maintaining competitive pricing. With the personalization of custom design, I can accommodate desserts that complement your special occasion without compromising taste. I start by working with my client's idea, then I enhance and execute their requests for the special event. I love collaborating with clients to ensure that their vision becomes an edible reality.
